A Letter from the Director...
What a great first day! I can't think of another year when things have gone so smoothly. Tropical Storm Faye is trying to put a wrench in the works, though, so here's an update on our school closure policy...
The preschool will be closed the FIRST day that Volusia County schools are closed. After the first day, please log on to this website for information regarding the re - opening. We will not necessarily follow Volusia County school closures after that initial day. We want to re - open as quickly as possible in order to serve our families.
I look forward to an amazing year with your children. What a privilege it is to be a part of all that God is doing in their lives during these early childhood years.

We, at Calvary Children's Center, believe that children are a blessing to their parents and to the communities in which they live.
Our qualified Staff is dedicated to helping parents "train up a child in the way he should go" and strives to provide a safe and loving environment in which each child's creativity and individuality can be fostered.
With these goals in mind, we are committed to preparing the children in our care academically, socially and spiritually, and to reflect God's love and grace in all that we do each day.
Curriculum...
Calvary Children's Center employs an integrated curriculum. Our staff facilitates both the A Beka Curriculum (teacher directed), the Creative Curriculum (child directed) and Sing, Spell, Read & Write in order to give all types of learners the best opportunties possible. Our classes also follow a Bible curriculum that introduces a new Bible truth each week, even in our youngest classes, and prayer is an integral part of our day.

Calvary Children's Center currently accepts children ages 1 - 5. We are currently enrolling for the 2008 - 2009 school year and have openings in our Toddlers and Twos programs and a waiting list for all other classes.
